Registration

In the ever-changing world of sports betting it is essential for lotteries to decide what to keep and what to change. What better place than the city of Milan – which famously blends old and new – to meet colleagues and get an update on what is happening in sports betting today. Product developments, new ways to optimize business, new challenges and evolutions in market legislation, loyalty programs towards customers and the increasing need for safeguarding the integrity and security surrounding sports betting. These are among the topics you will be presented with, along with the opportunity of sharing a few days with colleagues, for whom sports betting is just as much a life style as an occupation.

The seminar will include themes such as:

• Market updates
• Loyalty tools and CRM programs
• Integrity and security issues
• Sales channels optimization

The UEFA Champions League semi-finals will be held on May 3 – 4, 2011. The teams playing and the locations are not yet determined, but we will make sure that the evening program will not preclude these world-class football events.

Departure of the participants

The EL Monitoring System General Meeting will be held on the morning of May 3, 2011 (for ELMS members only). An open session for possible new members will take place in the afternoon of May 3. If you wish to participate in the afternoon session, please indicate so on the registration forms either online (link here) or on the back of the brochure (download pdf).

The Seminar will be conducted in English only.

Costs

Additional nights and extras are to be settled by each participant before checkout. The fee includes two or three nights accommodation depending on your travel schedule, all meals, meeting rooms, technical assistance and working material.

Please confirm your attendance to the EL General Secretariat no later than March 10, 2011 by registering online (link here) or by returning the registration form on the back of the brochure (download pdf) by fax or mail.

A written confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration, together with the corresponding invoice.

Cancellations after March 10, which are not replaced, will be charged to your organisation.
