The WLA and the EL deliver submissions to the European Commission’s Green Paper Public Consultation

Both the European Lottery Association (EL) and the World Lottery Association (WLA) completed a submission to the public consultation of the European Commission’s Green Paper “On on-line gambling in the Internal Market”. As the EL is directly affected by EU legislation, they compiled an extensive submission based on a thorough analysis of the public consultation’s 51 questions. Working together with the EL, and in full support of the EL’s efforts, the WLA provided their own, separate, submission to the European Commission. The WLA took care to answer only those questions in the public consultation that are of global concern, as questions of interest to the European lotteries were covered sufficiently by the EL submission.
