RG Case Studies

RG Case Studies

The WLA doesn't expect lottery organizations to work on these levels in isolation. Member collaboration is encouraged, especially in the development and implementation of responsible gaming programs.

Lottery organizations that have been RGF certified may be asked by the WLA for the permission to feature some of their RG programs on this website as "best practice" examples. In so doing we intend build a library of useful information for those member lotteries seeking certification.

Guidelines and case studies will be compiled on the following topics. Each will reflect one of the 10 program elements of the WLA Responsible Gaming Framework:

  1. Research
  2. Employee Training
  3. Retailer Program
  4. Game Design
  5. Remote Gaming Channels
  6. Advertising and Marketing Communications
  7. Player Education
  8. Treatment Referral
  9. Stakeholder Engagement
  10. Reporting, Measurement and Certification
