Enjoy the WLA/EL sports betting seminar and the UEFA Europa League in ‘Little Paris’
Tip your winner of the Europa League – and experience it live! Bucharest or ‘Little Paris’, as it is often fondly referred to, is the host city for both the 2012 WLA/EL Sports Betting Seminar as well as the finals of the UEFA Europa League. And, seminar participants will attend this great event on May 9, 2012.
Sports betting professionals are renowned for their passion for sports, and our excit- ing programme, hosted by C.N. Loteria Romana S.A., reflects this with the highlight being our attendance at the football final. Before the fun and games begin however, we will have an opportunity to discover the latest news and trends in the world of sports betting, learning from experiences gained from a variety of European markets. Experts will share information that will help us keep pace with the rapid technological advances and we will find out how to compete in the ever changing markets in order to stay one step ahead of the rest. And certainly, our need for answers on the future of sports betting will be addressed.
A burning topic in our business, that of sport integrity, has correctly been given its rightful place in the programme. We are all aware of how damaging this can be for our businesses and are pleased to note that numerous measures have been taken to keep the integrity as high as possible. We look forward to news from the Monitoring System (ELMS), one that is growing from strength to strength, and to getting updates from a number of other similarly active international bodies.

Both hotels are the same category, only a few minutes by foot from the seminar venue and next to each other. Rooms will be allocated by EL according to availability. Transfers will not be organized.

The fee includes two or three nights’ accommodation, all meals, meeting rooms, technical assistance, working material.
Additional nights and extras are to be settled by each participant before checkout.
Registration
Please confirm your attendance to the EL General Secretariat no later than March 16, 2012 by registering on-line (link here) or by returning the registration form on the back of the brochure (download PDF) by fax or mail.
A written confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration, together with the corresponding invoice.
Cancellations after the March 16 registration deadline will be charged to your organisation.
