Do delegates attending an event or meeting need a letter of invitation to apply for a Visa?
Yes, delegates may need to include a letter of invitation with their visa application and should check their local visa office for more information. The letter of invitation establishes the purpose of the trip to Canada and provides information on the applicant’s plans in Canada.
Upon registration, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. This letter will satisfy visa application requirements and no further documentation will be required from the event manager. Please note that this letter does not substitute for a visa to travel to and enter Canada.
