Schedule of Fees
The registration fees for a Full Conference Delegate to WLS 2012 are as shown in the table below.

The cost of a day pass is CAD $800.
Day Passes include access to the exhibition and education sessions only for the day and do not include admissions to any social events for that day. Day passes can be purchased on site at the convention registration desk. If you wish to purchase a day pass in advance please contact Tom Tulloch at
The cost of each accompanying person is CAD $125.
Each accompanying person must be associated with a Full Conference Delegate registration. Accompanying Persons receive Visitor Only admission to Sunday evening events including:
- Daniel Lamarre’s Welcome Address
- The Trade Show Opening & Cocktails
- The Opening Dinner
- The Tuesday Trade Show Event.
Accompanying Persons do not receive admission to any other Business Programs or Trade Show events. This includes the Closing Dinner event. Accompanying persons must purchase admissions to all other social events and tours separately.

The registration fee for the President's Cup Golf Tournament is CAD $225 per person. The maximum number of players is 144.
The registration fee covers:
- Return private coach transfers from the convention hotels
- BBQ lunch and additional refreshments throughout the day
- Green fees
- Use of golf cart
Rental equipment is available on site at the pro shop for an additional CAD $60.
The cost of the Networking Day is CAD $200 per person. The maximum number of participants is 190.
