Supporting the learning process among member lotteries and suppliers is one of the WLA’s key objectives. Each year, and working in cooperation with the regional lottery associations, the WLA offers a varied program of seminars and related events in various member countries around the globe.

The scholarship program was launched in 2013 to encourage lottery professionals from around the world to participate as speakers at WLA seminars and to offer selected lottery staff a chance to take part in educational events that they would probably not be able to attend without WLA support.
