Over the past decade our industry has evolved greatly. Our membership has grown, and diverse factors, such as advancing technology, changing regulation, and booming illegal betting markets, have an impact on how they develop and deliver their products and services.
In turn, we must continue to support our members effectively, so that they can ensure secure operations that allow their customers responsible, safe and fun experiences.
Over the course of 2023, the WLA Executive Committee developed its five-year Strategic Plan with the objective of better serving the WLA membership.
In this issue, we learn about the new plan, what it aims to achieve, and what can be anticipated for the rollout in the coming years.
